Either Way We Get a War

Notice the reverse psychology in President Bush's latest statement concerning Iran:
"So I've told people that, if you're interested in avoiding World War III, it seems like you ought to be interested in preventing them from having the knowledge necessary to make a nuclear weapon..."
Let me get this straight, Mr. President. In order to avoid World War III we have to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon. But in order to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon, we have to invade Iran, and possibly start World War III. So, Mr. President, heads you win, and tails we lose?
