Conservative Media Bias Censors Ron Paul Support
This should eliminate the idea that there is only a "liberal" bias in media. Listen to this FOXNews employee request that no footage be taken of Ron Paul supporters.
Great Ron Paul Interview
This two-part video clip is a wonderful interview with Congressman Ron Paul on The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer. The format is splendid because Paul is able to provide extensive answers to questions about his positions without the insane and ridiculous bullying of pundits like Fox's Sean "Bootlicker" Hannity and Bill "Ego"-Reilly.

The Law Makes it Personal
"The covenant with God is a legal relationship... it is more personal because of that fact. The modern mind separates the legal and the personal, because humanism has made law statist and abstract and hence impersonal. This is not true in the reality of God's creation. My relation to my wife is personal because it is legal, because it meets God's law. An illegal sexual relationship is impersonal and exploitive. In Scripture, the more faithful we are to God's law, the more close and personal is our relationship to Him and to our fellow men." ~ R. J. Rushdoony, Systematic Theology, p. 674.

The Jewish Blackwater
Much ado is made of the supposed "conservative Christianity" of Blackwater's founder and CEO, Erik Prince, but nothing is said of the growing use of Israeli commandos for bodyguard services in the United States. A Los Angeles-based private security firm is now guarding some of Hollywood's most powerful celebrities. The name of this firm? IMS. It stands for "Israeli Military Specialists."
IMS founder Aaron Cohen is using elite Jewish assassins that made their bones capturing and killing Palestinian militants to protect such notable Hollywood stars as Brad Pitt, Jackie Chan, and Eva Longoria. These guys will even serve subpoenas, as was demonstrated recently when Kevin Federline--ex-husband of Britney Spears--hired Cohen's assassins to serve Britney her notice. Federline is an Americanized form of the German "Federlein," an Ashkenazi Jewish name, and Spears has dated two other Jewish men since splitting with Federline. Granted, Hollywood has one of the largest populations of Jews, so it's easy to see how connections cannot be overblown. It's like living in the South. If I throw a rock out of my window, I'll hit a Southern Baptist. It's not surprising that an elite team of Jewish commandos will garner quite a bit of business from their "brethren" in TinselTown.
And like everything else in America, "terror" is the justification for such foreign elite service protection. Cohen argues, "Stalking is a form of terror," and his "formula is a lot like counter-terrorism." He even referred to Spears subpoenas as "pure counter-terrorism." This involved background checks and tracking--much like the way the commandos pursue militants.
Cohen's business will grow, and with that growth will come a greater diversity of services. Like Blackwater, this privatization of security is a dangerous trend since there is little legislation to govern their activities. This potential threat is compounded when the security firms are foreign nationals and highly trained in killing.

More Reasons Why I DON'T Read John Piper
John Piper of Desiring God claims to be God-centered, but he clearly excludes history from the claims of Christ--not a very "reformed" thing to do. He claims the "priests" are coveting the "sword," but offers no evidence to support such an accusation. Nobody asserts the "use of the sword to authorize kingdom values." This is beyond ridiculous:
"The closer we get to Dominion Theology the closer we get to living by the sword. Jesus said, 'My kingdom is not of this world. If my kingdom were of this world my disciples would fight.' This seems to mean that we are not moving toward a true understanding of the kingdom of God in this world as we move toward a greater and greater use of the sword to authorize kingdom values.
It is not the priests who are given the sword but the magistrates. And the magistrates rule not by virtue of their claim to revelation but by virtue of their claim to providential authorization. In some cultures this providential authorization has been through a line of kings, in other cultures through various contests, and in our own culture through a democratic representative process.
It seems that the theocratic ideal of Israel in the Old Testament was specifically abandoned in the New Testament as the Gospel ceased to be focused on an ethnic and political reality called Israel (Matt. 21:43) and became a multicultural, multiethnic worldwide movement without ethnic or political definition. It will be fitting, when Christ returns, that he be given the right to establish a kingdom of more specific political boundaries. But in the meantime we do well to exert our influence in ways that do not put the sword into the hands of the priests."

An Alien Religion
"I had learned slowly but surely that Biblical Faith is a seamless garment. Moreover, a surrender on any point soon becomes a surrender at all points. It is no pleasure being disliked, resented, and maligned, but it is better than living a lie by far. It is God's responsibility to judge how far these people can go without turning Christianity into an alien religion, not mine, and I am more than content to leave the judgment to Him, but it is my duty to call attention to the discrepancies." ~ R.J. Rushdoony, The Institutes of Biblical Law Vol. III: The Intent of the Law, 162.
It was "an error in judgment"
What was an error in judgment? Who said that? White House press secretary Dana Perino said it in regards to FEMA's FAKE NEWS CONFERENCE!!!
If you can believe this--and I certainly do--FEMA staged a fake news conference in which FEMA employees posed as "independent reporters" throwing softball questions to FEMA leaders over their assistance to the victims of the wildfires in Southern California.
FEMA claims their goal was "to get information out as soon as possible," but we all know that once again they are attempting to cover over their poor performance during an emergency. Hurricane Katrina still haunts them.
What's ironic is that the Southern California wildfires are playing out much the same as Hurricane Katrina as two dozen water-dropping copters and two cargo planes were grounded while the fires raged. Allegedly, government bureaucracy is to blame for the overly delayed response.
Despite this, FEMA is credited with improving their response to an emergency during the California wildfires. Obviously, FEMA doesn't fight fires, so all they had to do was accommodate thousands of displaced upper middle class Californians. What does that mean? Well, unlike the impoverished minorities of New Orleans, these surburbanite evacuees are well-equipped to care for themselves, and it's unlikely they will riot, rape, and pillage. I wouldn't credit FEMA with caring for this crowd.

Why I DON'T Read John Piper
Here's a gem from his article "Making Room for Atheism":
"We express a passion for the supremacy of God... by making clear that God himself is the foundation for our commitment to a pluralistic democratic order-not because pluralism is his ultimate ideal, but because in a fallen world, legal coercion will not produce the kingdom of God. Christians agree to make room for non-Christian faiths (including naturalistic, materialistic faiths), not because commitment to God's supremacy is unimportant, but because it must be voluntary, or it is worthless. We have a God-centered ground for making room for atheism. "If my kingship were of this world, my servants would fight" (John 18:36). The fact that God establishes his kingdom through the supernatural miracle of faith, not firearms, means that Christians in this age will not endorse coercive governments-Christian or secular."

America in Default
The uncontrolled fires consuming the resident-filled hills of Malibu are a fitting image for the American economy. Stocks are dropping, the dollar is crashing, and American consumers are defaulting on their mortgages, car loans, and credit cards. Banks are scrambling to strengthen their reserves, but they will not likely outrun the sprinting of "failure to pay."
The financial news outlets have reported much on the decline of the U.S. dollar--especially in relation to the ascendancy of the Euro. In all likelihood, the Euro will become the competitor in world reserve currencies, and the already ailing dollar will soon face an impending cliff.
Despite the gathering clouds of recession, the Federal Reserve is assuring the market that it will fulfill the role of Superman to catch Lois Lane moments before she hits the pavement:

"The Federal Reserve will continue to monitor developments in financial markets and act as needed to support the effective functioning of these markets and to foster sustainable economic growth and price stability..."As I said last week, beware of those who offer solutions to a crisis. Usually, they are the ones who instigated the crisis to begin with. And in this instance, this is especially true. The ruining of the American economy began with the creation of the U.S. central bank, the Federal Reserve.
He Fights
Establishment Republicans are essentially gone. They are officially neoconservatives now, and anyone advocating constitutionalism is positioned as "Left Wing." I never imagined I would see these days, but here they are. And as our nation faces bankruptcy, the most conservative Christian pundits cannot get off gay marriage and abortion.
Now, before anyone blows a gasket, listen for a moment. NO--and I mean NO--politician is going to overturn Roe v. Wade. Establishment Republicans will promise it, but they will not deliver on it. Reagan did not. Bush 41 did not, and Bush 43 will not. In addition, as John Lofton argues, Roe v. Wade is not a law to overturn, because it's not a law!
If conservative Christians make a Federal mandate against abortion the litmus test for a presidential candidate, they will forfeit much more than they realize. Without a soon restoration to a constitutional republic, you'll have a whole lot more to worry about than the top three items of the Religious Right. To put a twist on Lincoln: "I like Ron Paul--he fights."

Lou Dobbs on George W. Bush
"Although many conservatives refuse to accept the reality, George W. Bush is a ONE-WORLD NEO-LIBERAL who drove budget and trade deficits to record heights while embracing faith-based economic policies that perversely require only blind allegiance to free markets and free trade, without regard for consequence." ~ Lou Dobbs
Thank you, Mr. Dobbs. And, you're quite correct, conservatives--especially Christian conservatives--cannot embrace the reality that their ostensibly Protestant president is committed to a globalist agenda that will ultimately destroy the sovereignty of the United States of America. Tyranny, war, and massive government expansion have all developed under his direct oversight, and his recklessness is wreaking havoc on our economy, energy prices, and the value of the dollar. In true Hegelian fashion, he said it best when he uttered this Freudian slip from the deserted streets of New Orleans after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina:

Tyranny, war, and massive government expansion have all developed under his direct oversight, and his recklessness is wreaking havoc on our economy, energy prices, and the value of the dollar. In true Hegelian fashion, he said it best when he uttered this Freudian slip from the deserted streets of New Orleans after the devastation of Hurricane Katrina:
"When the federal government fails to meet such an obligation, I, as President, am responsible for the problem, and for the solution."It's the oldest trick in the Machiavellian book: government exploits--or even creates--the problem; the people clamor for solutions; and government steps in and provides it. The people are forced to then grant greater authority and more taxing power to a government that initially failed them. That's why 9/11 resulted in greater police powers for the state; the intelligence failure in Iraq led to wider war powers; and Katrina granted even wider jurisdiction to the military to play a greater role in domestic disasters. Bush clearly ties natural disasters such as hurricanes to terrorist acts in need of greater government and military action. These are the steps to becoming a militarized police state. This was clearly the goal, as Bush stated from the very same New Orleans speech:
"In a time of terror threats and weapons of mass destruction, the danger to our citizens reaches much wider than a fault line or a flood plain. I consider detailed emergency planning to be a national security priority, and therefore, I've ordered the Department of Homeland Security to undertake an immediate review, in cooperation with local counterparts, of emergency plans in every major city in America... It is now clear that a challenge on this scale requires greater federal authority and a broader role for the armed forces -- the institution of our government most capable of massive logistical operations on a moment's notice."There you have it. In plain view, and in plain speech, every crisis in America is slowly being categorized under "National Security." This is not the doctrine of America's founders, but rather the philosophy of Plato's philosopher kings and the telling of the "noble lie." It is the construct of despotic elites such as Leo Strauss and his twisted offspring, the neoconservatives, who believe a nation can only be strong if it abides in a perpetual state of emergency. It is Hegel's dialectic, extracted from his idealist system of "thesis-antithesis-synthesis," and transposed into a manipulative tool in the hands of the scientific planners as "crisis-reaction-solution;" or "pressure from above, pressure from below." By exploiting, creating, and/or manipulating crises, governments can control and steer the will of the people. If the citizenry is frightened, they will clamor for protection. If the protection requires the surrendering of their rights, liberties, or privacy, they will gladly relinquish them for the lure of a government solution. However, they will never receive such protection. They will be ruled over in unimaginable ways.

FOXNews Loves Microchips!
No other cable news network promotes the VeriChip corporation than FOXNews. The elites are determined to insert implantable microchips in every living being. They're already mandatory for all U.S. cattle, and the next step for humans is through the door of medicine.
The last few times I reported on the microchip phenomena, an influential colleague sent me stinging rebukes for even suggesting that microchips were a fulfillment of the "mark of the beast." Well, I wasn't saying that. What I was attempting to state was that the preterist hermeneutic is not offering much to help Christians understand the contemporary push of totalitarian control measures. Because of this, dispensational doomsayers are co-opting the examples of escalating despotism to support their theories of a soon-coming end of the world.
A proper use of the historical-grammmatical method to Biblical interpretation should not neglect the sense of idealism the Scriptures provide. The reason the beast images contained in John's apocalypse had meaning to first-century hearers--especially the Jewish ones--is that Israel's prophetic history was replete with all sorts of beasts and multiplications of the number six. The Book of Revelation, in this sense, serves as a sort of mini-pentateuch to which we consult in order to both beware of the warnings provided in the letters to the churches as well as take heed to the pictorial characteristics of beasts, harlots, and false prophets.
So, when I see modern tyrants seeking to "be as god" in controlling the population, I know this is nothing new. The Scriptures provide me clear illustrations that the world is filled with beasts that must be overcome by faithful and obedient Christians. The Book of Revelation is a book of victory; and like the beasts of Israel's past, and the beast that confronted the early church, John's vision provides us with the encouragement to defeat the present beasts that seek the eradication of Christ and His people.

The Media Oligarchy Grows
The FCC wants to ease the laws that forbid huge media conglomerates from owning too much media. This is an underreported issue. The collectivization of radio, television, and print media into fewer hands is a dangerous monopoly set against freedom. If you've never seen the documentary "Orwell Rolls In His Grave," then I encourage you to do so. Don't be put off that many of the experts hail from the political left. The evidence is plain.
Richard Roberts Steps Down

TULSA, Okla. — Embattled Oral Roberts University president Richard Roberts was granted a temporary leave of absence Wednesday, amid accusations of lavish spending at donors' expense and illegal involvement in a local political campaign.
Once again, sex, money, and the abuse of power surrounds the powerful elite of Charismania. If Oral Roberts wasn't bad enough, Richard Roberts is continuing the fraudulent legacy of the Roberts dynasty. Recall that the charismatic sodomite, Ted Haggard, denied all allegations of sexual immorality, but then admitted without detail his improprieties. Lindsay Roberts, who is accused of have inappropriate relations with underage males, denies outright all charges of sexual misconduct, and Richard also holds that the upcoming investigation will prove him innocent and the board will restore him as president of ORU. We'll see.
When I originally covered the Haggard story on this blog, I received numerous emails from evangelical leaders and Christians condemning me for my lack of compassion. They believed true repentance and the process of extensive restoration would bring Mr. Haggard to wholeness, and my diatribes were only "dividing" the body of Christ. Three weeks after his counseling Mr. Haggard declared himself healed, delivered from homosexuality, and on his way with a hefty pension to begin a new life in Arizona.
Needless to say, I never heard a word again from any of my detractors. May they share in Haggard's judgment for standing so squarely against the Lord and His righteous justice.

Either Way We Get a War
Notice the reverse psychology in President Bush's latest statement concerning Iran:
"So I've told people that, if you're interested in avoiding World War III, it seems like you ought to be interested in preventing them from having the knowledge necessary to make a nuclear weapon..."Let me get this straight, Mr. President. In order to avoid World War III we have to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon. But in order to prevent Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon, we have to invade Iran, and possibly start World War III. So, Mr. President, heads you win, and tails we lose?
Planned Parenthood's Unlawful Abortions
Kansas Planned Parenthood is charged with providing unlawful abortions and other crimes in Kansas City. Should we be surprised? Planned Parenthood is one of the most criminal organizations in the country.
Why Propaganda Works So Well on Americans
This video clip explains why we're in the mess we're in. WARNING: There is one instance of profanity in this clip. Just one word. If you find that too offensive, please don't watch. It happens at the 3:40 time marker, so you can at least watch to that point and then drag the slider over to the right a bit and continue. The sheer ignorance this clip displays is worth viewing.

North American Union
In the mind of Vincente Fox, it is the plan; and your president has worked hard to make it happen.
Christians & Public Schools at the Tipping Point
The California legislature's SB777 bill is inspiring some Christian leaders to call for an exodus of Californian Christian children from the public school system.
Also, state-sponsored birth control for children in Portland.
Nothing will alter the future of America more than a national exodus of Christian children from the public school system--absolutely nothing. So, while the Christophobics occupy themselves with presidential elections, Christians must continue the unrelenting mission of removing God's children from public schools. Our opponents are ignorant, and we should exploit such ignorance when it comes to securing liberty for Christian families.
The opposition of Christophobics to conservative Christianity will not inspire their followers to make the personal sacrifices necessary to secure the future. They are progressives, which means they are not in a "fixed" position, and therefore cannot inspire the kind of long-term commitment required to dominate history. They can probably muster enough commitment from their constituencies to win an election, but that's about it.
On the other hand, Christians are willing to go the extra mile...and then some! They'll pay their mandatory (illegal) school taxes while also sacrificing a second income to educate their children at home. Christian parents will gladly take a second job to send their children to a private Christian academy, if they perceive a threat to their faith. This is the power of a religious commitment. It supersedes partisan politics, and it goes beyond mere protest to the kind of personal sacrifice undergirding the great cultural movements in history. This will leave the Christophobics with one option: coercion.
The Christophobics will use the strong arm of the state to impose regulations upon Christian families. They did it in the past, and they'll do it again. They'll do everything they presently accuse the Religious Right of doing, viz. take over the state in order to impose their will upon an unwilling population. But this will not work. Christians are accustomed to the taste of semi-educational freedom, and there's way too many Christian families for them to contend with.
This is why Barak Obama is working so hard to cater to the religious community--we are too large to ignore and too powerful to provoke. What the Christophobics don't realize is that it's best that they have a Republican in office instead of a Democrat. Why? Because the Establishment Republicans, and the powers they represent, have no intention of allowing any religious leader to seize any real power. Influence is only given to Christian leaders in order to secure the Christian vote and keep the hordes of the Religious Right marching in lockstep. So long as the GOP is in power, Christians will focus on fighting the usual issues of abortion and gay rights. After all, does it look like Bush is going to overturn Roe v. Wade any time soon? It'll never happen. The Religious Right will get bogged down in these cultural battles and the status quo will be retained.
However, if a Democrat gets in the Oval Office, a new wave of resistance will hit the Religious Right. They became sloppy after 7 years of Bush being in office, and another Republican president in 2008 will have devastating effects because the Religious Right will have little reason to change. Lord Acton's axiom will undermine their integrity.
That's why a "Hillary in '08" could be a good thing for conservative Christians. It would mean the type of "wound" that brings adjustment and correction. It would open the doors for groups like Chalcedon to better educate our constituency regarding the threat of statism; and it would permit a new discussion between the once-declared "think tank" of the Religious Right and the reckless leadership of conservative Christianity.
But Christophobics are foolish. They tend to forsake wisdom for reactionism. The taste of politic victory will drive them to make the very same mistakes made by the Religious Right; and when they do, we'll be waiting.

The Russian Ron Paul
Former world chess champion, Gary Kasparov, is fighting a similar battle to that of Ron Paul. It's amazing how similar is the Russian political situation to that of America; BUT an American would never admit to such. Tyranny only happens elsewhere.

The Hypocritical Left
The constitutional republic of America fails because of sin. This is the reason why all political systems will fail; and by fail I mean resulting in an elimination of liberty. A successful political enterprise is one that perpetuates liberty, and liberty brings with it the bounty of personal prosperity and its corresponding happiness.
The unbeliever cannot admit this much, since they have no doctrine of sin. For them, a political system fails due to human failure. Exploitation, manipulation, collectivism—all are the causes of political destruction. In stating this much, however, they are admitting to sin, though they work to avoid that theological descriptive. Still, both Christian and non are agreed that man's darker side is what usually snuffs the breath out of the political body.
These past seven years have been most illuminating, since at no time have we ever seen so many Leftists highlighting the U.S. Constitution. Their beef? Religion! They're fighting what they believe to be the attempts by conservative Christians to seize Federal power in order to modify the American political system along theocratic lines. A significant aspect of this battle lies in historical revisionism, i.e., who actually owns the American narrative? Was America founded as a Christian nation, and does the Constitution forbid any religious legislation by Congress? The Religious Right says, "yes," and secularists say, "no."
Granted, many of those very same Leftists are decrying the despotism of the neoconservative-controlled Bush administration, but they deem the Religious Right as chaplains of the new American Reich. In short, their constitutional emphasis has focused primarily on keeping James Dobson out of the West Wing and cutting the power on Bush's wiretapping. Well and good, but hardly consistent. To be strict constitutionalists they must sever all the tyrannical tentacles presently choking the life out of the American people.
Do Leftists want a Federal law to secure gay marriage in all fifty states? Do they want similar legislation for abortion? Do they support the unjust mandatory taxation of their neighbor to underwrite healthcare for those without it? Do they also want that same taxation to provide education for every child? Do they want to forbid a Christian from keeping their portion of their tax money if they choose NOT to send their child to a public school?
These positions are all unconstitutional, but you'll never hear a peep out of any Leftist about it. Why? Because they're hypocrites when they cite the Constitution. Leftists are not constitutionalists because a constitutional republic is NOT their political ideal. Their idea of civil liberty is keeping Christians out of their bedrooms. Leftists are statists, and they will always migrate to the utopian fields of socialism. All things must be regulated by the state.
I'll put it this way: were there no rise of the Religious Right; and 9/11 was merely a date on the calendar; and had Al Gore won the 2000 presidential election, we wouldn't hear a word about the Constitution from the Left. They want all other unconstitutional legislation to remain secure as the benevolent tyranny of "Big Sister" government drains working people of their resources to provide cradle to grave security for both the unfortunate and the lazy.
If I hear one more moronic voice from the Left trying to explain Jefferson's letter to the Danbury Baptists it will be too soon. These constitutional "Johnny come lately's" are doing more to harm the public understanding of the U.S. Constitution during a time when clarity is most needed. The U.S. Constitution is an anti-statist, anti-centralist, anti-socialist, anti-collectivist document. They should teach it as such, or cease using it in their grossly limited fashion.

Scientific vs Christian Society
"In terms of this evolutionary perspective, science is not so much the understanding of things as the controlling of things. The government and providence of God are replaced by the government and providence of man, and the divine predestination gives way to predestination by scientific planners. A Christian society, by leaving predestination to God, leaves man in liberty and denies the right of independent control to any human agency; all human powers and authorities are carefully governed and circumscribed by the Word of God. A scientific society, in order to be scientific must bring all things under the strict control of scientists so that, by means of the law of controlled causation, the desired results can be socially and individually attained." ~ R. J. Rushdoony, The Mythology of Science, 30.
